I just got back from a doctor visit, and I must share this and many more stories with you guys.
THEY are going to get Rating, aren’t healthcare by theory in Service Industry too?
I have this pain in my right ear long long time ago ever since I was a child and with continuous doctor visit for at least 10 years! And my doctor named MR UNDERWOOD, an Ear, throat and nose specialist based in Ipoh where I stayed as a kid.
The gruel pain never failed to pursue me and I must say it kinda affect my childhood quite a lot and that is Mr. Underwood himself who checked me, cured me, and show me kindness.
Since then, at the age of.. let me think, 6 I always love those nurses and doctors because at that time I was barely visiting 2 doctors and they always offer an assurance smile and lotsa candy! They will elucidate until you get their points. I must thank God for these doctors!
For me, being a doctor or any healthcare personnel, they OBLIGE to have a heart to serve, to save and to show kindness, that is why people call them White Angels because they wear mostly whites, maybe not as much now and uniforms are chic and at times arousing now aaaaaaaaaaaaa back to the point is… the color of white always resembles innocent and purity, so clean and pure, you feel so safe!
Lately I have been falling ill a lot and I must say it seems some minor illness never leaves me or is that my karma is reaping viciously and so I must find way and means to guard myself.
Today my very good friend took me to hospital, and the nearest location to my home in KL here will be Sunway. There we were at Sunway Medical Centre, and it supposing to be some high class hospital because they really charges you like one. But as for service wise, let me list it down here; absolutely not Towering I want to please you demonstrate you compassion lil pup
The first ever visit was part of my cornea was injured with some foreign bodies, so I visited and was introduce to see a Lady doctor, don’t remember her name nevertheless it turned out well, she was pleasant and I don’t retain information of how much I foot the bill, mainly because I was happy with her and she truly do have a point on how to heal my EYE.
The 2nd visit, I went to A& E – the emergency as my fever didn’t go away after many days and went for a blood test, the doctor was not pleasant at the A&E and he wore a spectacle and listen to his music player a lot, didn’t talk like a doctor, more like a Principal… anyhow I have not started a blog to rattle then, he is saved this time. But HONESTLY I would not recommend anyone who has the Money to spend to use it there.
The 3rd visit now, let’s just say my guy seen a doctor there too but he is not in the list because I am not their patient.
Now my 3rd visit to this so well prestigious public listed hospital with a sharp stinging pain in my right ear every now and then, which in my history has problem since childhood, the pain has gotten worst when I was on the plane yesterday that the pain so bad my head spin and my right eyes felt like it was stab by a Small Knife – possible a smaller knife because I once accidentally cut by one darn but never ever want to experience the big ones. The pain is bearable but How MANY people in this world who wants to risk their Hearing? My cousin lost one side of her hearing sometime back. Anyone likes to her aggravation?
I am so not one of them, so here my dear friend took me to hospital, I went around to the Customer Service and look up for my old school mate Syuen but she no longer works there, as so I told the lady at the counter that I need to see a Ear, Nose & Throat –ENT doctor and there she eagerly introduce me one Doctor KOAY CHENG BOON, who according to her, A VERY WELL KNOWN AND GOOD DOCTOR – GOOD DOCTOR. I have no idea what does she means by Good? Good in nature? Good at looks? Good at saving ears?
But I know now. – Above all character - NONE
I register at the counter , gave the lady my name and she dig my file, could not get it until I tell her again that Yes, indeed I came to this hospital before , not like a passer by but I was a patient here or patron here. Patronize their cafeteria. Hahaha
And so she finally got my file, I got in to the doctor room, and a Grumpy looking Mr. Koay who beyond doubt do not live up to a specialist, a WELL KNOWN Doctor, although now I know he is Well Known for NOT LISTENING.
He asked me how I was doing in English, but as usual I flutter with Cantonese and realizing the man looks like a Money Collector, can’t speak Cantonese I answer him back in Mandarin and he doesn’t seem to get it and we converse in English. HERE IS THE RATING:
Patience : 0
Kindness : 0
Listening to patient : 0
Hygiene : 0 , he use a stick , a vision stick to put in my ear and didn’t clean them after checking 1 ear and carry it on another and even stuck it to my nose without a swab or sterilizing the stick until the lady who registered me Reminded him and he say – THIS ONE NO NEED –And if I were to get any infection by that stick, however, Doc Koay said 'THIS ONE NO NEED' BUT I SAY THIS ONE NEED COMPENSATION IF ANY OF YOUR PROCEDURE GIVES ME FURTHER ILLNESS. And he doesn’t have a glove on, like those doctor who check on you they put glove and stuffs for prevention and lotsa hygienic reason.. He has none.N.O.N.E

Let’s not judge how he looks, but he makes me feel Completely UNEASY. He SPOOKLING SPOKE his English not like a Brit do but clearly not listening at all. HE COMPLAINED TO MY DEAR FRIEND THAT – YOU SAY HERE PAIN, HERE NOISE… I don’t catch all his words because my fire is up to my head!

I have history of pain in my ear since young and lately – INTERUPTED BY WELL KNOWN DOC- I have pain in my ear like those stinging sharp pain and –INTERUPTED BY WELL KNOWN DOCTOR – YOU HERE PAIN THERE GOT, I DON’T KNOW WHAT ARE YOU SAYING- see! This is him NOT LISTENING and start procrastinating.
I was still trying to explain to him that the pain is bad on the plan that my eyes hurts.
Then halfway without even finish hearing what I have to say he poke those scanning stick in my ear, checked. Without Proper hygienic procedures carry out, he pointed to the screen and said to me, your ears looks fine to me, no need washing, no need anything, FOR GOD SAKE, I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW MY INNER EAR LOOK LIKE, MAYBE SOME DUDES SHOULD START MANUFACTURING SOME SCOPE SO WE CAN ALWAYS SEE WHAT IS INSIDE OUR BODY AND DIAGNOSE OURSELVES.
I clearly don’t understand the picture, even if any guy tells me that scanned organ is a piece of brain, honestly I WOULD NOT KNOW AND THAT IS WHY I AM VISITING AN EXPERT, IF I DO, DO I STILL NEED TO GO HOSPITAL AND PAY HIM MONEY FOR HIS BMW?
Then in a very unprofessional way of mocking my dear old doctor Mr Underwood who clearly restore MY O SO IMPERATIVE EAR, Doc Koay said that he doesn’t know why the old doctor have to clean my ear and do those stuffs because his expertise states there is NO NEED to. But then again he is not able to explain why this pain to me, just brush me off with it could be the joint or muscle , to me it is an exploitation, and my dear friend had explained more, and he sounded more like a Sinseh – Chinese doctor hahhaa
Poor Nicole just wants to get her ear clean and so she stop hearing sounds like those shit is playing drum.
And the look at his face is clearly unsatisfied when I told him that I fly most of the time and this time I truly have this sharp pain, and he said to prescribe me PAINKILLER.
Me: What if the pain were to come back again? How?
Doc Koay : then you come here again. Your ears look ok to me and I don’t see you need to do any cleaning or drop. I don’t know why that doctor do so many unnecessary thing
Me: But the pain was sharp and if it comes back again after the painkiller? And I need to travel again in a few more days’ time, what do I do?
Doc Koay : You come back again.
Me : ???
* I am on a plane and forced to be the next Terror to hijacked the whole plane to come back and see him* come back and see Well Known Doc and pay again for a 5 minute sour face* I am so NOT BITTER!
I stood up and walk away and my dear friend was next to me, I am noticeably unhappy! I know my condition better than anyone else and yet the doctor probably thinks I have a lot of money to spare on him and his clinic but I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT CLINIC ANYMORE! 1ST FLOOR, RECEPTION 2! SUNWAY MEDICAL CENTER NEXT TO SUNWAY LAGOON!!!
The bill cost me RM188.55 , I know I probably have to pay this amount if it is in Singapore Dollar… but honestly a 5 minute with that SOUR FACE doctor make me felt like I burnt down the whole classroom and some fluffy animals and asked to be in the Principal Room.
And the cost of my ear is much more than this number, how would I want to trade it like Doctor Koay treating patients like his love rival?
And further to it, I am having flu although fever has subside gone down, should he check on my temperature too? Excuse Me.
Or maybe Mr Underwood was simply too free that he always carry those procedure to check on temperature and even look at my tongue. Could Well Known Doctor Koay have OVERLOOKED the simple procedure?
But he Definitely Cannot Hear me, I have got flu and this pain seem bad.
Normally for someone down with flu, they have problem with hearing and tasting of food, which is far too norm for me to know… but this norm thing a Well Known Doctor cannot sit down properly with a professional attitude to analyze me , at least smile and say something with etiquette.
Oh God, look at how this people try to hurt me!!!!!
I say for whomever who like to spend money on any part of your Nose, Ear and throat treatment not plastic surgery for a doctor who simply too highly above the rest to check on you, Please Go to Sunway Hospital and consult Well Known Doctor Koay! And I am happy to hear your feedback.
HOWEVER, I SHALL NOT RETURN TO SUNWAY MEDICAL CENTER ANYMORE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! THESE SUCKERS ARE OUT TO SUCK YOUR MONEY OFF, THEY ARE NOT KEEN IN SAVING YOU. SO GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL.
And I plan to write a letter of complaints too!
Kok Wen and I
Kok Wen was the boy who sat next to me during grade 4 and now he is a Doctor. He works in General Hospital in Ipoh and I must say, this old comrade of mine has a heart of gold and being a doctor, is a blessings to the public. He once said such doctors are only out for your money they let you drag your sickness so they can earn More from you. Yes I know what he means because I felt ill a lot and I can tell you which doctor is there to cure or barely there to earn a big time living.
Ok Kok Wen is attached now and very much in love and I am sorry brother that I missed you the last trip you were in KL, this year , my life is upside down with non stop traveling… please please don’t blame me ok ..I promise to make it up to you.. promise *muackks*

I know how this Society can change a mindset of a newcomer, and money can make someone wicked. But haven’t these people who for example Doctors, didn’t they take the vow to save mankind? I know it is an individual preference of whether they want to save or earn? But bottom line I know, God knows.. and I have 2 words for these bloodsuckers – KARMA BITES!
If someone is so unhappy and keep complaining about their work shouldn’t they change their life direction as in changing a new career or do other thing than being in the same spot all the time– accommodate the good spot where someone else who can do better and shine on it to perform? Why don’t these stuck up people listen and go live their life?
I once said this to someone.
IF YOU DON’T LIKE THIS JOB, QUIT AND GO FIND SOMETHING YOU LIKE DOING, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME DOING SOMETHING YOU DON’T LIKE AND ENDED UP GIVING PROBLEMS TO THE INNOCENTS THAT HAVE TO SUFFER FOR YOUR WILLFUNESS AND CHILDISHNESS. GO FIND SOMETHING THAT CAN MAKE YOU A USEFUL PERSON TO THIS SOCIETY. No awkwardness.
But I do know in some countries people stay on to their job because the Government prompted merits Employers Must fulfilled for their staffs, even they are not good staffs, but if they are able to survive in your organization for long even though they are in their expertise of being Lazy Daisy they are still protected to suck your blood, it is like if you have a toy boy and don’t pay him well, he goes to your husband. I know how painstaking some employers are facing with these groups of people.
One more thing that I agree with Donald Trump is that you delegate them task according to their expertise and so you make a good team to work. But alas People , listen people, if you don’t like your work , nag 24/7 it is time to move on and do something else, don’t waste your youth trying to extort money from your poor bosses. The amount of time and youth invested in doing something bad… will not benefit you.
I have seen some Sales guys who are not into their work; they merely go shopping during office hour because their job is to be out for sales appointment. But heck people, why people?
If you don’t like your job and why are you staying back in your organization, aren’t you ashamed of yourself of not doing your best but expecting the best from your bosses? And I think it is time to look at the Integrity inside you. Don’t be shallow I say, stand up for yourself, be excel in things you do, do it good, do it right and be just.
When some smart alec are thinking that their company is paying for him to Lazy Daisy goes wheezy during working hour.. you don’t belong to the highly intelligent creature, let me tell you, you are nothing but a Fool! How much money does your time and youth worth? Do your time worth your basic salary? Do your youth worth it? Do your calculations! Get over it! If you do well at your work, chances are you might strike yourself some gold mine. If you simply continue doing what you are doing now, chances are you get old, doing the same job, and some other younger and eager people will get ahead of you and yet you are still the same old you, no progress, and likely die wasting your time in this world. I am saying this to save more people becoming Losers. Ok, no losers ok.

Mount Elizabeth
This is a one good hospital I really recommend but the architecture is not one of the best, but I admitted once and seen doctors when I was sick and was a student then.. living in orchard and this hospital was like a neighbourhood clinic for me. They always have the nurses to properly check you on blood pressure , temperature and etc before bringing you to the doctor, but the fees are not neighbourhood fees.

Tan Tock Seng
I removed a breast lump some years back, the whole ward of nurses felt so sorry for me that according to them back at the age of 21 I might be their youngest patient to contract breast cancer. However the result out and the doctor was ecstatic to announce that it was a rare growing seed. Everything was good and consolable for my then situation but they really forgotten to give me pain killer after my surgery and resulted me to rush back to A&E at night. My darling was with me then and he was still the very sweet angel but just not man enough to carry me when I was in pain, maybe my frame of 50kg was very heavy for him.
Overall Verdict – Yes! Almost perfect and do you know that THIS hospital responsible for SARS when it hit Singapore so badly back then. I do have another thing to say about their current service now as someone dear is sick and is in there right now and their service standard seems stale now.

NUH
This is the hospital that almost cost me my dearie life. My pap smear result prompted something was wrong and there I went to NUH for further test, I can still remember how scary was that the Doctor made me lie down on a chair n did the swab thingy and they even put vinegar on me to do cleaning.. God that was SCARY! And so I went back and get my result TWICE! But the doctor was too busy to attend to me and so the NURSES said to me that IF THE DOCTOR DIDN’T CALL YOU THAT MEANS YOU ARE OK, YOU DON’T HAVE TO COME. I was of course happy!2 years later, I found a small card from Tan Tock Seng about accessing online for your medical report, so I registered and was stunned to see that those people indeed have my record and I have 1 REPORT uncollected from NUH, so I emailed them and ask about it and a lady replied it and said the report CONFIRMED I WAS INFECTED BY PRE-CANCEROUS CELL IN MY UTERUS, that was darn 2 years ago!!!!! My life cracking in front of my eyes and I swear to God if the cancer spread, I will make sure these people go down with me.

Pantai Medical Center BANGSAR
I confide in my online buddy Spooky, Her name is really Gina, Gina is a sweety pie and although I rarely see her online now, but I hope she knows that I care for her. Gina gave me a doctor contact, Ms Mahesh and there I went with my guy and do some testing, result came out and the cancerous cell is cleared, however I still maintain a routine check up every year, for as long as someone has to be free to send me to do my check up. *sigh*
- SO THE CASE CLOSED AND NUH IS NOT BEING SUE-
Overal experience – will go back provided has a driver to send me that distance and AVOID NUH all life.
Now to the Neighborhood clinics in Puchong - yes i do have another home.
I have no confident in local clinics in Puchong, where I live in another home in Malaysia, as they seem very bloodsucking and they don’t do much, I don’t remember the name of some but sure some are still very fresh in my memory, let’s start with ;
SELVA clinic
Doctor never take temperature when I was running on high fever, just merely asking – where pain? Got cough? Want MC? Ok go out take medicine
Overall verdict : You can bring your Enemy to this clinic, it is in Puchong.
MAKUANG Chinese medical center
I have learned a few things from fellow Singaporeans , thanks to the free speech we people get in there. If a doctor is bad in Singapore, and receive complaints, it usually spread very fast! One day with High fever again and flu for few days and rheumatism wrecking my bones, I went to Makuang, because I knew it was from Singapore, to my astonishment when I got inside, was Doctor from China, my experience has it that when you have fever you cannot eat Egg and no ginseng but that doctor prescribe me Ginseng, how emperor! And encouraging me eating egg and animal fats and she said I seem underweight and that was a complete nonsense! And my fever never goes down and I call momma and she screamed her lung out to the China Doctor for her emperor ginseng ,powerful enough to speed up my death, and that bill cost me around RM150.
- THE 2ND TIME AROUND, I went to Makuang trusting Singapore Brand, I told the lady at receptionist, the last doctor wont work on me, she change me another male doc, this male doctor, after listening to my story that his next door neighbor prescribe me ginseng, he jumped up from his chair and began his LIFE STORY. Mr China man is a Professor from China and he claimed the woman next door didn’t have any paper qualification as being doctor but merely learn her skill from some CAVE! And there were even some other doctors engaged in the clinic were merely visitors holidaying in Malaysia * O GOD HOW I WANT TO RUN AND FILE A POLICE REPORT IN PUCHONG* And he claimed he was a professor of some kind… to cut the story short, I was shock and the medicine prescribe this time was cheaper around RM60 and the medicine didn’t work on me either and I didn’t dare to finish them.
- THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS STORY IS – my collegue, Sunny , who fractured his leg has been nursing in this medical center. I called Sunny immediately after hearing the lecture from Mr China Man aka Professor and good thing was he also found out that very fateful day! They were cheat in the morning but I was not informed and I visited them in the evening, Sunny, poor Sunny who was in Pain for 1 month! Believing the Chinese doctor can cure his facture limb… suffer for 1 month at home.. Soon he admitted to Sunway Hospital and did a operation.
Overall Verdict – WE ARE LUCKY TO BE ALIVE

There are a few more which they are very lucky that I have forgotten their name but when I can always jot them down again when I go nearby café to buy takeaways.
I did a scanning in one of a clinic near my office and the doctor was like charging me for RM200 above while I did on Pantai for merely RM80 I think.
So you know these bloodsuckers that you think are White Angels are actually in disguise. I always think to myself, how I would possibly raise my child under these circumstances; I completely understand why people in KL are very wary and alert of their surrounding because they are force to, not like they have choices. It is completely different from the Village where my parents are , the clinics and doctors are more careful and they take their time to check on you and talk to you and the bill merely RM25. And many times, they even introduce you to buy supplements they don’t sell but you can get them outside at pharmacy. Then again I wonder don’t some of these people have license to kill have religion to bound them and can they truly sleep at night after committing such deadly sins that can easily kill another good soul?
That is why, Raise the Child well ,instill them with kindness and truthfulness.

This is a great show! It was hilarious when Diane Keaton kept crying and crying without having any ability to control.. it was love.. it was love that was hard to keep because she was in love with a Ladykiller! They have a bed scene and if you watch it, it was not gross at all you know.. maybe Diane was keeping it up! and so Women tend to need to work harder to keep things UP so it is still an enjoyable experience to watch if ever being caught in any hidden spy cam..let's not go into that..
